SlideFlow is operated by Bison Business Communications and Contact Centre Solutions Inc. (“Bison”). These Terms govern your use of SlideFlow’s booking and slideshow services (the “Service”).
SlideFlow provides tools to create and display digital slideshows for private events. Bison provides the technical platform only; customers control all content.
Capacity is limited and bookings are first-come, first-served. A booking is confirmed only after successful payment is processed. Each booking includes an activation window of 24 hours unless otherwise stated.
You are solely responsible for all content you upload, display, or distribute through the Service (“Content”). You represent and warrant you have all rights required to use and display your Content.
You will not upload or display Content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, harassing, hateful, infringing, invasive of privacy, or otherwise objectionable. Bison may remove or disable access to suspected violations.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Bison Business Communications and Contact Centre Solutions Inc., and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to (a) your use of the Service; (b) your Content, including any allegation that your Content infringes or violates another’s rights; or (c) your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” Bison disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bison shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, or goodwill. Bison’s aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant booking.
You consent to Bison’s collection and processing of information as necessary to provide the Service, consistent with applicable privacy laws. Do not upload personal information without appropriate permission.
Bison may suspend or terminate access to the Service for violation of these Terms or for operational/security reasons.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Manitoba and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
